Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how LBLC Global Services, LLC (“Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with the LawnRadar application and related services (the “Service”). LawnRadar is a business-operations tool for our lawn and grounds maintenance business and its authorized users. By using the Service you agree to this Policy.

1. Information we collect

  • Account information: name, email, role, and credentials of authorized users.
  • Business operational data: client/property records, schedules, routes, crews, pricing, proposals, and related records you enter or import.
  • Integration data: data retrieved from third-party platforms you connect (see Section 3).
  • Usage and technical data: log data, device/browser information, and cookies used for authentication and security.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and secure accounts; to provide scheduling, routing, client management, pricing, and financial analytics; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

3. Third-party integrations

With your authorization, the Service connects to third-party platforms and accesses only the data needed to provide the features you enable:

  • Jobber: clients, jobs, visits, and invoices used for scheduling and revenue analytics.
  • Geotab: vehicle GPS and on-site activity used for route verification and fleet analytics.
  • Google: geocoding/maps and, where enabled, calendar data.
  • Aircall: call activity used for the sales/call features.

4. Intuit QuickBooks data

When you connect QuickBooks Online, the Service accesses your QuickBooks company data via Intuit’s API using OAuth 2.0. Specifically:

  • What we access: company information and financial reports (primarily the Profit & Loss report and related expense/COGS/income data).
  • How we use it: solely to display profitability, cost-per-visit, and overhead analytics to your authorized users inside LawnRadar. QuickBooks data is not used for advertising and is never sold or shared for others’ commercial purposes.
  • How we store it: OAuth access and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest. We store the minimum QuickBooks-derived data needed to render the analytics you request.
  • Retention and deletion: you may disconnect QuickBooks at any time from within LawnRadar or from within QuickBooks; on disconnection we delete the stored connection and associated tokens. You may also request deletion of QuickBooks-derived data by contacting us.
  • Compliance: our handling of Intuit data adheres to Intuit’s applicable requirements and to this Policy.

5. Generative AI and automated processing

We use third-party generative AI (OpenAI GPT‑4o and GPT‑4o‑mini) to assist our authorized staff with internal sales and operations tasks — for example, drafting outreach and follow‑up emails, summarizing recorded sales calls, classifying and enriching lead/property records, parsing pasted lead lists, suggesting service packages, and an internal staff assistant. AI output is advisory and is reviewed by a person before any action is taken; the AI does not autonomously make decisions or send communications.

We do not send, expose, or process any QuickBooks/Intuit data through generative AI. QuickBooks financial data is used solely within deterministic, rule‑based analytics displayed in the Service, and is never included in prompts to, or processed by, any generative‑AI model. Data sent to our AI provider’s API is not used to train their models.

6. How we share information

We share information only with: (a) service providers who host or support the Service under confidentiality obligations; (b) the third-party platforms you connect, as needed to provide functionality; and (c) authorities when required by law or to protect rights and safety. We do not sell personal information.

7. Data storage and security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption of sensitive credentials at rest, access controls, and transport encryption (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and to meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, and you may disconnect any integration at any time. To make a request, contact us at the contact address listed in your account settings.

9. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal information. We will respond to verified requests as required by applicable law.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to authenticate sessions and secure the Service. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Contact
